It's a step in the right direction, but unfortunately they're quite close to the 'one step forward, two steps back' situation if they don't truly make a real effort to provide a service markedly better than its present inaugural incarnation.<BR/><BR/><BR/>Either way, the CWM business model is fundamentally unsustainable.
